As we boast Australia’s most unique fleet of limousines, prices fluctuate according to the type of vehicle you are interested in, locations of the booking, and lengths of time you require our service.
We cannot assume so! Never choose a limousine based on price. All too often, the cheaper the quoted price, the larger the risk for you as a paying client with high expectations of an amazing limousine experience. Poorly maintained and serviced vehicles; unprofessional chauffeurs with poor hygiene; dangerous vehicles or late service!) We are all very realistic in this industry. Always go with a proven and reputable operator, just like Chryslers in Paradise, with trusted industry experience.
As all our hire vehicles are completely one-of-a-kind, we recommend booking your vehicle as soon as possible, prior to your preferred date and time as we already have bookings as far as 12-18 months in advance. To avoid disappointment, book now.
We require just a 50% deposit for Wedding Packages only. All other transfers require payment in full, unless discussed specifically with client.
All bookings need to be paid for in full within 14 working days prior to the booking taking place.
We accept payment by cash, credit card or bank transfer. We also accept Afterpay, ZIP, Klarna & Ali Pay as well as Apple and Google Pay for your convenience. When booking, we will request your credit card details (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners). If paying by card, we incur a 2% surcharge on Mastercard & Visa. Your card details will be held as security on your reservation. Charges will be made upon completion of your request.
Absolutely! Call us now and one of our friendly staff will be glad to arrange a mutually convenient time for you to visit our showroom located in Gold Coast, QLD. We always desire meeting with our clients face-to-face and always welcome the opportunity to provide a tour of our exclusive fleet showroom prior to making a booking with us.
We strictly enforce the minimum age of 18 years and over alcohol by law. Regardless of age for school formals we do not allow any alcohol to be consumed in any vehicles at all. This is a state law. Outside of these parameters, we are happy for you to enjoy yourself responsibly. We reserve the right to refuse patrons deemed too intoxicated or disorderly to enter our vehicles and this is at the sole discretion of the chauffeur. We definitely encourage you to enjoy yourselves, however we have a responsibility to uphold the safety of our staff and customers. There are glasses provided in the vehicles and you are welcome to BYO to those over 18 years of age.
Smoking is strictly prohibited, however you are allowed to drink inside our vehicles. Please pre-arrange your requirements when booking, including ice. All our limousines are equipped with glassware and champagne flutes for your comfort.
We service most of South East QLD, surrounding areas such as Gold Coast, Brisbane, Tweed Heads, down to Ballina and up to the Sunshine Coast as far out to Toowoomba. Simply call up our friendly team and discuss your location and we can ascertain whether our service would be the best fit for your needs.
Yes, customers are permitted to request stops for taking photos and this time will be included in the total journey time for pricing purposes.
For most occasions and services we are flexible with the minimum hire. For wedding packages the minimum hire is 2 hours.
In the event the booking is cancelled, this must be communicated via email to; chryslersinparadise@gmail.com If you request cancellation of your booking, the deposit will be forfeited to cover cost and losses incurred by the company. You must notify us in writing should you wish to cancel your booking. Cancellations within 14 days of your booked event will require full payment. All deposits and payments are non-transferable.
Wedding Hire – Additional Cancellation and Schedule Requirements
Cancellation must be received 90 days prior to the booked wedding date in writing. You must advise us of the cancellation by Email. The deposit will be forfeited to cover cost and losses incurred by the company. If cancellation is received within 90 days of the booked wedding date, the total hire fee will become payable in full. All deposits and payments are non-transferable.
